THINGS THAT ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR OUR BIRTHDAY PARTIES:

A $650 deposit will be charged for ALL party reservations please note a $80 refundable deposit must be paid the day before the event which is reserved if the client stays past the designated party time. ALL guests and ALL items must be removed by the time the party ends as per our contract.

18% service charge will be added during check out to your chosen b-day package and goes towards your party host who executed and assisted you through out your event: all the set-up, clean up and everything in between!

The Lonely Fox Package (Tues-Thurs only)

Cancellation

Birthday reservations must be done at least 2 weeks prior to your event date. Give us a call and we can see how we can help you.

Our facility can be rented for any kind of celebrations that needs a play area for children. Such as but not limited to: baby showers, birthdays, gender reveals, preschool graduations, end of the year class playdates etc. Our party coordinator will get in touch with you via a phone call within 24 hours after the client fills out our birthday form.

Party Host are NOT allowed to bring packs of socks for guests, all guests must purchase socks from the front desk at a cost of $4.

Only 2 guests are allowed to come help set up for the party. All other guests must arrive when party start time begins. no exeptions

No sparklers of any type. Only birthday candles.

You may arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party time to begin setting up for your event party.

Please ensure you bring boxes or containers to pack your items after your party. My Social Circle does not provide additional items from what was agreed upon.

Anyone who joins your party who is under 18 years old will need to fill out a waiver. Fill out ahead of time at http://www.mysocialcircletherapy.com/waiver-form/ no waiver no entry.

Any party not following our rules of play (on the website, in the facility, and on your reservation booking) can be asked to end the party and leave at any time without a refund.

The rules are the same as for our open play:

A $650 deposit will be charged for ALL party reservations. Prices include 18% service charge which goes directly to your party host/coordinator. This will automatically reserve the selected date and time slot.


In order to reschedule a party, with no additional fee you need to let us know at least 3 weeks prior to your event. Parties can be rescheduled as long as the date and time is still available for re-scheduling.


ALL party deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE at any time, for any reason.


All cancellation policies are strict. NO exceptions.

We understand that Covid-19 can cancel plans for your party, our expenses to keep our doors open do not get canceled. Therefore, ALL party deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE at any time, for any reason.
If you wish to upgrade your party let us know at least 2 weeks prior to your reservation and to downgrade your party at least 4 weeks prior.

Final headcount is due at least 48 hours before your event NO EXCEPTIONS!

Additional decor can be requested to be placed on designated tables (entrance cart, appetizer table and kids dining table) please note this will be an extra charge. Any damage due to decor will result in an ADDITIONAL CHARGE DURING YOUR PARTY.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your guests’ arrival.

Our party host and assistant can help set up the last details you need.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your guests’ arrival so we can go through the itinerary and set expectations for you and your guests to ensure a smooth check-in process.
