A fee of $100 will be added to any party that brings outside food or entertainment mentioned above not previously approved by My Social Circle Inc. Please note we have strict contracts with specific vendors we utilize for our establishment, this fee and policy is non negotiable.

A $650 deposit will be charged for ALL party reservations please note a $80 refundable deposit must be paid the day before the event which is reserved if the client stays past the designated party time. ALL guests and ALL items must be removed by the time the party ends as per our contract.
18% gratuity will be added during check out in your package and goes towards your party hosts who executed and assisted you through out your event: all the set-up and clean up.

- Birthday Fine Print:
- $650 deposit due to reserve your preferred date and time
- Remaining balance due 30 days before party DATE no exceptions. A $50 charge per day will be added to your invoice for every day that you invoice is past due.
- Additional guests are charged $15 per person for birthday parties.
- 18% GRATUITY AND 7% TAXES WILL BE ADDED TO ALL BIRTHDAY PACKAGES
- Outside food is allowed but must be pre approved by us
- Cake cutting is 30 mins before the party ends and all items must be out of the premises by the time your party ends no exceptions.
- Please ensure you bring boxes or containers to pack your items after your party, as well as birthday candles, and knife for cutting cake, as well as bags and boxes to retrieve any food items. My Social Circle does not provide additional items from what was agreed upon.

- Covid-19 related cancellations:

Party Service Agreement:
Birthday reservations must be done at least 4 weeks prior to your event date. Give us a call and we can see how we can help you.
Our facility can be rented for any kind of celebrations that needs a play area for children. Such as but not limited to: baby showers, birthdays, gender reveals, preschool graduations, end of the year class playdates etc. Our party coordinator Zuly will get in touch with you via a phone call within 48 hours after the client fills out our birthday form to verify.
A $650 deposit will be charged for ALL party reservations please note $80 is strictly reserved for extended stays past the agreed hours of rental time, this $80 is refundable if ALL guests and ALL items are removed by the time the party ends as per our contract.
If your party package doesn’t include food/drinks, we allow outside soft drinks ONLY, food and snacks are allowed but have to be previously approved by a team member (cocktail appetizers and small appetizers highly encouraged, no messy food allowed).
No sparklers of any type. Only birthday candles.
You may arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party time to begin setting up for your event party.

Any party not following our rules of play (on the website, in the facility, and on your reservation booking) can be asked to end the party and leave at any time without a refund.
Deposit, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
A $650 deposit will be charged for ALL party reservations. Prices include 18% service charge which goes directly to Zuly our event coordinator. This will automatically reserve the selected date and time slot.
In order to reschedule a party, with no additional fee you need to let us know at least 4 weeks prior to your event. Parties can be rescheduled as long as the date and time is still available for re-scheduling.
ALL party deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE at any time, for any reason.
All cancellation policies are strict. NO exceptions.
Covid-19 related cancellations:
We understand that Covid-19 can cancel plans for your party, our expenses to keep our doors open do not get canceled. Therefore, ALL party deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE at any time, for any reason.
Party Inclusions & Expectations:
Your party will be completely private.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your guests’ arrival.
Our party host and assistant can help set up the last details you need.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your guests’ arrival so we can go through the itinerary and set expectations for you and your guests to ensure a smooth check-in process.
The rules are the same as for our open play:
- Everyone MUSY wear socks and their birthday wristbands.
- Parents or guardians must sign a waiver for each child before entering the play space for birthdays .
- Accompanying adults must stay in the play space and supervise their children at ALL times.
- Our restroom is equipped with a baby changing station. Please change all diapers in the restroom.
- Guardians and children can’t wear shoes inside MY SOCIAL CIRCLE INC and must wear socks at all times. If you forget your socks, you can purchase them in our store for $4
- If possible, please do not bring strollers into MY SOCIAL CIRCLE INC.
- Soft drinks and pre-packed snacks for children and adults are permitted in the designated eating area. No drinks or snacks are allowed in the playground.
- We don’t allow outside food (full meals ONLY SNACKS) at MY SOCIAL CIRCLE INC.
- 15 minutes before the end of your party, your host will let you know to begin packing your items and so that your guests can begin preparing to leave. No guests can be in the facility after party end time.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking allowed inside or outside our premises.
- Children and adults that are being disruptive will be asked to leave, if they are interfering with the activities of others or being disrespectful. We have a ZERO BULLYING policy if any of your guests have any questions about your rules of play, please give us a call!
For the first 2 hours and 30 minutes of your party, it is play time. Our staff will then gather all your guests to our eating area for the next half hour of your event to serve the kids food & drinks, sing happy birthday and then, cake! The last 30 minutes are for cake cutting and the last 15 minutes are strictly reserved for gathering things, while our staff helps clean up while you say goodbye to your guests, give goodie bags, etc. After the cake cutting begins, kids cannot go back to play (no exceptions).
Our itinerary is designed to make sure that the last 30 minutes are for eating, drinking, eating cake and then packing up. If a party exceeds the time established and doesn’t leave the facility, we will automatically charge $80 for those additional 30 mins.
Outside entertainment is permitted, it must be previously approved, and you will have to consider the time to book it. No balloon twisting, piñatas or face painting are permitted in our facility.
If you wish to upgrade your party let us know at least 2 weeks prior to your reservation and to downgrade your party at least 4 weeks prior.
Final headcount is due at least 48 hours before your event NO EXCEPTIONS!
Additional decor can be requested to be placed on designated tables (entrance cart, appetizer table and kids dining table) please note this will be an extra charge. Any damage due to decor will result in an ADDITIONAL CHARGE DURING YOUR PARTY.
